Developed by GREA and managed by Grit, The Precinct sets a global standard in Africa that goes beyond buildings. It is the first 5-star green rated office development in the Indian Ocean Islands region, with a futureproof design to optimise staff wellness and accommodate multinational tenants’ requirements.
