It is also the highest rated green office development in the Indian Ocean Islands region. EcoDistrict Certification

The Precinct opening

Developed by GREA and managed by Grit, The Precinct sets a global standard in Africa that goes beyond buildings. It is the first 5-star green rated office development in the Indian Ocean Islands region, with a futureproof design to optimise staff wellness and accommodate multinational tenants’ requirements. On the 11th of May, the teams celebrated Unity building as the most prestigious business address in Mauritius, with additional phases comprising Freedom and Harmony to follow.
